- Blind Bartimaeus cried out to Jesus and received his sight. — Mark 10:46–52
- A paralyzed man was brought to Jesus by his friends, who believed that Jesus could help him. — Mark 2:1–12
- Peter prayed for Tabitha, also called Dorcas, and she was restored to life. — Acts 9:36–42
The Bible also encourages believers to pray for those who are sick:
“Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him…” — James 5:14–15
And God declares:
“I am the LORD who heals you.” — Exodus 15:26
No illness is beyond God’s power.
We cannot promise a particular outcome.
